Spitting tobacco is the biggest problem in India. People chew tobacco and spit it on roads. Delhi's heart(Connaught place) is not even free from tobacco and gutka.
There are many cases of violence among people due to spitting of tobacco on some other people by mistake. This is due to spitting from buses or any other running vehicle.
These people are like shame for India.
Government can take many steps but they wont.
There is a big question on it why why why ???????????????
Do the PM of India don't know this is a big issue ?
I ask you Mr. Narendra Damodardas Modi don't you know about this issue ?
I ask you Mr. Arvind Kejriwal don't you know about this issue ?

Mr Modi you have traveled a lot of places abroad do you see the same red roads filled of gutkas and tobacco ?
I would like to give the government an advice to make a rule by which these people who spit gutkas and tobacco on roads should be charges penalty of Rs.10,000 or if not able to pay 10,000 should be jailed without bail for a minimum of 2 days.
I hope my suggestion are implemented soon...
