ODD and EVEN is a rule that says that on even days odd cars will be banned on Delhi roads and on odd days even cars will be banned on Delhi road. This rule is made by AAP. This rule is valid from 8AM to 8PM from date 1.1.2016 to 15.1.2015 only. This is made to reduce the pollution from Delhi. Statistics says:-
30% of rise in the cases of respiratory infections since 2010.
3.5 million cases of acute respiratory infections were seen in 2014.
11% of the Delhiites suffer from the problems like asthma and rhinitis.
AAP leader Mr. Arvind Kejrival said in a news conference of CNN-IBN Exclusive that he was nervous about the scheme's response. But the scheme had Overwhelming response by the people. AAP got a good response from delhi police and AAP said that the police is doing great job.
